At logon, a prompt will advise you whether you have new messages. You can click the displayed envelope icon to view the message.

The ´Read Message´ option under Online Services enables you to access any communication sent by the Bank to you at any time. The communication can range from Bank updates to acknowledgements.

Once you have read the message, click the ´Delete´ button at the foot of the page. You can also delete messages later on as follows:

Click ´Online Services´ then ´Read Messages´.

Select the message you want to delete by ticking the box at the side of the message, then click the ´Delete´ button at the bottom of the page.

Yes, you can change your internet banking Password whenever you wish. The ´Change Internet Banking Password´ option is available in the Online Services menu.

To change the Internet Banking Password, all you have to do is to click on ´Change Internet Banking Password´. You will have to enter your old Password and the new Password (twice) in the boxes provided. After entering all the required data, you will have to click the ´Send´ button.
