During the process of Online Registration for internet banking, those accounts that you hold with the Bank that are linked to your Customer Number will be automatically displayed. These accounts will be accessible through this service. If you do not wish to view any account(s), unmark the relevant account(s) to remove it/them. If you change your mind at a later stage, call our Call Centre or send a written request to your branch and we will re-instate the accounts.
By clicking on the account number, depending on the type of account you maintain, Savings, Term Deposits, Loan Account, etc. details relevant to the account e.g. ledger and available balance, interest earned/due, installments due, etc. will be displayed.
By clicking on the underlined balance shown against an account, a detailed view of the entries in that account will be shown. (Please use the scroll bar located on the right hand side of the screen to view the details) The transactions will be displayed in date order with details such as date, a brief description of the transaction, debit/credit amount and the corresponding balance. If you need more information on any particular transaction, click on the date of the particular transaction.
If there are too many entries on one page, click on the appropriate arrow button(s) at the foot of the screen to view more entries.
Transactions from the last statement date will be displayed in the ´Transaction History´ screen. If you wish to view earlier entries during a specific period, enter the required dates in the 'Date Range' boxes on the top of the page. You can go back up to 90 days.
You can print your statements by clicking on the ´Print´ option on the webpage.
