This card is specifically designed for remote shopping environments like the Internet, mail order and telephone order transactions and it offers you the convenience and confidence of buying products and services from across the globe. The In-Site Card offers you interest-free credit up to 56 days. You also have the option to revolve the balance at a competitive interest rate.

• Pay by cheque or cash at any of our HSBC branches in Jordan
• Call our Phone Banking service toll free on 0800-22044 to transfer funds from your HSBC Current/Savings account
• Use our Personal Internet Banking service to transfer funds from your HSBC Current / Savings Account
• Use your Credit Card from HSBC to transfer funds from your HSBC Current/Savings Account to your In-Site Card at any HSBC ATM in Jordan
• Transfer funds from your Credit Card from HSBC to your In-Site Card through any HSBC ATM in Jordan (will be considered as a cash advance)
• You can use the free AutoPay service by giving us standing instructions to debit your HSBC Current/Savings account at a specified percentage from 5%-100% of your monthly Credit Card outstanding.

• For your protection, this card has a low limit, does not have a magnetic stripe or a signature panel and cannot be used at retail outlets or for cash advances.
• You do not need to worry about having to pay for unauthorised transactions. We monitor any unusual activity on the card and may contact you to verify a suspected transaction. Alternatively, please contact us on 0800 22044, 24 hours a day to verify any transaction.
• Please check your monthly statements to verify transactions and discrepancies, if any, this needs to be notified to us within 30 days of statement date.

Purchases will be insured against loss, theft or accidental damage for up to 30 days from the day you receive them in good condition in Jordan. Purchases up to Jordanian Dinars 1,000 are covered per claim, and up to a maximum of Jordanian Dinars 2,000 in a year per Cardholder.
